Jennifer Lawrence, other celebs react to nude photo hack

A rep for Jennifer Lawrence confirmed the stolen and criminally distributed photos of the actress are real and that there will be very real legal repercussions for the hacker involved.

"This is a flagrant violation of privacy," Lawrence's rep said. "The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."

A lawyer for Kate Upton released a similar statement, saying, "This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy. We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible."

Mary Winstead said the pics purporting to be of her are real, and expressed her disgust at both the person who leaked them and the people looking at them.

While Lawrence, Upton and Winstead confirmed the pics are real, Ariana Grande, Victoria Justice and Yvonne Strahovski denied their authenticity.

Ricky Gervais was not so sympathetic. In a victim-blaming tweet that has since been deleted, he wrote, "Celebrities, make it harder for hackers to get nude pics of you from your computer by not putting nude pics of yourself on your computer."

But Dunham was not having it.
